Recordings, analysis results and any patient data are processed locally on your own machine and are never sent to us. The application contacts our servers only to check the licence and to look for updates. Such a check processes an identifier for the license key, a machine identifier and an IP address, in order to verify that the licence is valid and to prevent unauthorised use. The legal bases are performance of a contract and legitimate interest.
The website uses no cookies for tracking or analytics. When you download the application, your license key and IP address are processed to determine what you are entitled to download and to rate-limit requests. When you use the contact form, your own email client opens — the details are sent to us as an ordinary email.
Licence and activation data is kept for as long as the licence is active, and thereafter for as long as required for accounting purposes and to handle disputes. Connection logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.
You have the right to request access to, rectification of, or erasure of your personal data, to object to or request restriction of processing, and to data portability. Contact us at info@voiceprint.se. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
