Features

All in one place.

Phonetogram, acoustic analysis, perceptual assessment, patient and file management, and comparison across visits — in one application, on Windows, macOS and Linux.

Phonetogram

A robust and usable phonetogram that maps speech and maximum vocal range in real time. It plots measured frequency against measured sound level in bins; how you read and use the result is up to you.

Result files can be saved, exported and reopened in the app, and compared across two visits.

Advanced acoustic analysis

Measures are computed both live while recording and over the whole recording afterwards, straight from the audio — no external tools.

Perceptual assessment

SVEA and GRBAS ship with the app. Assessment forms can be imported, edited or created from scratch inside the app, so you can use the parameters your practice actually works with.

Perceptual assessment happens in the same session as the acoustic analysis, without switching tools.

Calibrated recording

Calibrate with a sound calibrator or a sound level meter and levels are reported reproducibly in dB SPL to IEC 61672-1:2013. Without calibration the app works fully, reporting levels in dBFS.

Recordings can be segmented to analyse individual utterances. Recording length is limited only by the machine's hardware.

Comparison across visits

Put two recordings or two assessments side by side, perceptually as well as acoustically, and follow change over time. The comparison is yours to make — the app draws no conclusions of its own.

Patient and file management

A considered file structure for patients, visits and recordings, so material can be found again. Everything stays local, in the file system on your own machine.
